All fees are quoted in Australian dollars ($) and are inclusive of GST.

*The WCC 2010 member rate will apply to members of the IFIP WG’s and IFIP TC’s, as well as members of the IFIP member societies (for a full list of these please see the IFIP website www.ifip.org). The member rate will also apply to members of AIIA and ISACA.
**Students must verify that they are a fulltime student by forwarding a signed letter from their head of department to the congress managers.

Note: Fulltime, student and IPC member registrations do not include a ticket to the YIT networking dinner or congress dinner. Fulltime, student and IPC member registrants may purchase tickets to these functions at the guest ticket price. Please indicate when you register via the online registration site if you would like to purchase tickets to these functions.

One and two day registrations (EXCLUDING SEARCC and YIT registrations) include:

Attendance at all congress sessions on the day/s of registration only
Industry exhibition admission on the day/s of registration only
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the day/s of registration only

YIT networking dinner on Monday evening (for fulltime, two day and Monday day delegates only - not included for Tuesday day delegates)
Satchel including your choice of one conference proceedings (for fulltime and two day delegates only - not included for Monday or Tuesday day delegates)

Late registration refers to those delegates who register on or after 1 August 2010, or those who pay to register upon arrival at the congress. Congress satchels and their contents (including proceedings volumes) cannot be guaranteed for late registrants.

Discounted group registrations

A 15% discount is available for group registrations of four or more fulltime WCC 2010 registrations.

Author registration

Please note that the discounted author registration rate deadline has now passed. If you are an author and still wish to register for the congress, please register above through the standard delegate registration process at the normal registration rate.

Proceedings

All fulltime registrations (excluding SEARCC fulltime registrations) and YIT 2 day registrations include your choice of one copy of a conference proceedings volume.
Copies of other conference proceedings volumes may be purchased subject to availability. If you would like to purchase additional volumes, please express your interest when you register via the online registration site.
One and two day registrations (excluding YIT 2 day registrations), as well as SEARCC fulltime registrations, are not entitled to a copy of a conference proceedings volume. If you would like to purchase a copy of any of the conference proceedings volumes, please express your interest when you register via the online registration site.
For all fulltime delegates (excluding SEARCC fulltime delegates) and YIT 2 day delegates, if you register by 2 August 2010 your proceedings will be available for collection at the congress. If you register after 2 August 2010 there is no guarantee that your preferred volume will be available at the congress. In this case, the proceedings will then be shipped to your postal address.

Visa

All travellers to Australia, other than Australian and New Zealand citizens, are legally required to hold a valid visa or electronic travel authority (ETA). It is your responsibility to ensure documentation is correct and completed before you commence your journey. Delegates must register for the event before lodging their visa/ETA application. Following your registration, you will receive an acknowledgement letter. This is all you require from the conference managers in order to make your visa/ETA application. We recommend you apply for your visa/ETA at least 10 weeks before you travel (earlier in some cases). For more information, contact your nearest Australian Embassy/Consulate or view the Australian Department of Immigration website www.immi.gov.au/visitors/.

Registration cancellation policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to Event Planners Australia
Cancellations received on or before 15 July 2010 will be refunded in full, less 25% of the fee to cover administration costs; no registration refunds will be made after this date
As an alternative to cancellation your registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation, subject to a $33 processing fee
Please note that registration refunds will not be granted based on inability to obtain a visa to enter Australia – if delegates are unsure of their ability to obtain a visa we recommend they investigate travel insurance

Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars ($) and include GST
Payment must accompany your registration form
Your registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received
Payment must be received by the due date to receive the discount, otherwise the next level of payment will be charged
Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges
Cheques should be made payable to Event Planners Australia Pty Ltd
Payment by credit card is also acceptable. Please note that debits to your credit card, excluding accommodation, will appear as Event Planners Australia on your statement
Credit card details are also required to secure accommodation. If you are only providing credit card details for accommodation and will be paying your registration fees by another option please indicate this on your registration form
Faxed registration forms are acceptable only if payment is by credit card
Payment may also be made by electronic funds transfers. Please ensure the amount transferred is equal to the total due including any bank charges. To assist in the allocation of your payment, please fax transfer advice to +61 7 3858 5499 immediately after payment to ensure prompt allocation of your payment. Please ensure that your invoice number and WCC 2010 are included on the transfer notice. Bank details are as follows:
