Michael has more than 20 years experience in business reengineering and technology implementation.  Michael’s background spans a diverse range of industries and includes line management and consulting roles.  Michael’s technical skills range from strategy development, governance design and reengineering, and management of large-scale business transformation programs from strategy, through to design and execution.  Michael has managed multi-national teams of 100+ people.  His specific interests lie in the use of business architectures and integrated performance metrics to improve the design and acceptance of technology driven business improvement.
